Garlic Lemon Pepper Chicken Meal Prep Bowls 🍋 Start 2026 off strong with healthy, nutritious meals!
Chicken:
-2 Ibs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless @goodranchers
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- I cooked mine in the crockpot and used bone broth so the chicken would dry out. Can also make or grill the chicken.
Sweet Potatoes:
- 3 medium-large sweet potatoes
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
Green Beans:
- 1 lb green beans
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
I baked the green beans and sweet potatoes at 400F until tender.
