Pairing seasoned ground beef with roasted sweet potatoes is a delicious and nutritious choice. Sweet potatoes offer complex carbohydrates, dietary fiber, and beta-carotene, which support sustained energy and overall health. Roasting them with spices enhances their natural sweetness and adds comforting warmth to the bowl. Including sautéed bell peppers and onions adds vibrant color and a boost of antioxidants and vitamin C to the meal.
