High Protein Chickpea Pasta 🍝

Makes 8 servings

Brown 2 lbs of lean ground meat + add your favorite seasonings.

Boil 2 boxes of chickpea pasta in 4 cups on bone broth (adds extra nutrients + flavor) and cook as directed on the box.

Add 1 jar of marinara sauce to cooked pasta. Add 2 pints of cherry tomatoes + a few handfuls of spinach. Combine pasta mixture with ground meat.

Enjoy this easy lunch meal prep all week! It is packed with fiber + protein 💪🏼
