½ c Greek yogurt, df works too!

2 tbsp coconut aminos

½ c hot sauce or buffalo sauce

1 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning or salt, pepper, garlic powder

3-4 stalks celery, chopped

1 apple, chopped

*Optional: chopped green onion or blue cheese to garnish.

Pair with your favorite veggies and/or crackers. Enjoy this high protein + fiber filled meal all week.
