I kicked off the week with a 10-mile run on Monday, followed by an intense 15 miles on Tuesday, where I focused on speed intervals. Midweek was a 10-mile run that really tested my stamina, and I switched things up on Thursday with 12 miles at a steady pace to maintain my strength. Friday was a lighter day with a 5-mile recovery run, allowing my body some much-needed rest before tackling the longest run of the week during my Saturday 18-mile outing. Each run built on the last, gradually increasing my total weekly mileage and preparing me for the marathon ahead.
