Cut chicken sausage (I used a spinach and feta one from @wholefoods)

2 cups baby Spinach

2 cloves minced Garlic

1 cup Orzo (I got mine from @wholefoods)

1 tbs Olive oil

2 cups chicken broth

1/4 cup coconut milk or regular milk (I used regular milk)

1 tbs soy sauce

1/2 cup Fresh Parmesan (plus more for garnish)

(Red pepper flakes, sea salt, black pepper, onion powder to taste)
