2024 was a year of community! I love to be able to flow with these women every Saturday morning as I lead a Trap Yoga Class. It’s a morning we all get to just be our best version of ourselves with NO JUDGEMENT!
To be able to give the community of woman of all ages to escape the everyday hustle and bustle is rewarding . We are able to fellowship after class in the gratitude circle where we hear listen and respect each other. We all leave feeling better and able to flow through out the day.
2024 was great and filled with gratitude . I can’t wait to see how inspiring 2025 will be.
