Self Care is important
For years, self care felt like a task until I changed my view on it. Self-Care can be simple 5-10 minute things you do to better your health both physically and mentally. As a pregnant mom with a toddler, my to do list feels never ending… literally. Two of my favorite acts of Self-Care I do daily is taking 5 minutes for myself and speaking kindly to myself. Remember you don’t have to do it all. Just pick 1 or 2 ways a day, and it’ll make such a difference. #momselfcare #mommentalhealth #momwellness
