What’s it like to grow up with RAD-and try to heal.
“Hey, im the daughter behind RADically Honest.
I grew up with Reactive Attachment Disorder, and honestly? Believing love. Even letting my own mom in.
Maybe you’ve heard RAD kids are just ‘bad’, or ‘impossible to love’. But here’s the truth: I’m not my diagnosis, and neither are you.
I’ve messed up a lot. I’ve pushed people away who tried to care.
But I’m still here, still healing, and now I’m a mom myself-trying to break the cycle and walk this out with Jesus.
If you’re struggling with trust, anger, shame, or just feel like no one gets it…you’re not alone.
I’m showing up-messy, honest, and hoping you’ll show up too. Healing is real, even if it’s slow. Let’s walk it together.
📖 Ezekiel 36:26- “I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you.”
