I was at my mom’s house recently and stumbled across some of my old Twilight books. When I tell you I was obsessed as a tween, I was OBSESSED.
Of course I was Team Wear-wolf because who wanted a shiny boyfriend?! 🤭😂
I have two full collections of the original 4 books, plus these two ones. I started reading Midnight Sun when it came out, but lost track in reading. So while I’m off these two weeks that’s what I’ll be doing along with crocheting!
Thinking about finding a read aloud so I can listen while I craft.

It really highlighted the undercurrents of danger and mythology present in his side of the story, drawing parallels to the Persephone myth. It was such a treat for fans to finally get his full viewpoint after all those years, especially seeing those familiar scenes unfold through his eyes. It completely rekindled my own Twilight obsession! Then there's Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined – what a fascinating twist! Stephenie Meyer released this gender-swapped retelling for the tenth anniversary, and it truly offered a fresh take on the saga. Instead of Bella and Edward, we got Beau and Edythe. It was a brilliant way to explore the themes of destiny, love, and sacrifice from a slightly different angle, proving that even with a simple change, the core magic of the story remained. Holding that book with the green apple on the cover, albeit with a different title, felt both nostalgic and brand new. For anyone looking to dive back into that world or find similar reads, I've got some recommendations! If you loved the forbidden romance and supernatural elements, definitely check out "The Vampire Diaries" series by L.J. Smith or "A Court of Thorns and Roses" by Sarah J. Maas for a more adult fantasy romance vibe. For those who enjoyed the small-town mystery and atmospheric setting, "Beautiful Creatures" by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl could be a great pick.
