snacks i eat when i want to binge 🥨🍿

here are some of my favorite things to snack on when i get mad cravings and binge urges! emotional binging is what got me at my heaviest (150lbs). i’m currently 135lbs and i struggle with it most days. these lower calorie snacks satisfy my intense cravings! i’m also SUUUUPER picky and hate most “healthier” options, so you know these HAVE to be good 😌😜

omg we have like the same body type! I was 156 in June and now i'm 129. I like to have baked hot cheetos those rly help cause they have less fat in them
