Emotional eaters often navigate intense cravings, making it essential to have tasty options on hand that won't derail progress. Here are some recommended snacks that cater to these needs: 1. **Acai Bowl**: A refreshing option that can be made with gluten-free granola and topped with fruits, this bowl is packed with antioxidants and healthy nutrients. 2. **Gluten-Free Popcorn**: Opt for varieties seasoned with natural ingredients. A light snack, popcorn can satisfy the crunch cravings without spiking the calorie count. 3. **Dark Chocolate**: Rich in flavors and antioxidants, a few squares can hit the sweet spot when you crave something indulgent without the gluten. 4. **Rice Cakes with Nut Butter**: A satisfying crunch topped with your favorite nut butter can be great for a quick snack that is both filling and gluten-free. 5. **Homemade Jello**: As you mentioned, making jello can be a low-calorie treat. Using sugar-free gelatin and fresh fruits can create a delightful dessert option. 6. **Nut-Based Snacks**: Look for gluten-free nut clusters or energy bites. They provide a good balance of protein, healthy fats, and flavor. 7. **Vegetable Chips**: Crunchy and delicious, these are often lower in calories than traditional chips and satisfy the need for something salty. Always remember to check labels for hidden gluten or contamination warnings. Enjoy these treats responsibly while celebrating your journey towards healthier eating habits!

I’ve been thinking of taking a lot of gluten and dairy out starting next week so this is a good steal!
