i’ve NEVER been a macros girlie. i lost 30lbs without counting protein or fiber or carbs at all. i found it unnecessary for my goals, all that matters for weight loss is calories in vs calories out. and that was hard enough on its own 🤧

but my goal isn’t just weight loss anymore. it’s getting lean and building muscle! and for that, macros DO matter. so I started counting my protein only…big mistake. high protein has been DESTROYING my insides 😭 protein is the hardest to breakdown so your digestive system has to work a lot harder! if it doesn’t have the right support for high protein intake, it can be a REALLY bad time 🚽💩

my stomach is pretty flat except for my little pooch. that lower belly is STUBBORN. and i feel like poor gut health is a contributor to that. i bloat like a balloon when i drink WATER. how do i look pregnant from WATER??

so to support my gut while i build muscle i wanted to add in greens and collagen and probiotics into my diet. but one protein drink a day is already hard enough for me. I don’t really want to have 3 separate drinks just to hit my goals 🤔
