chat gpt is solving all my fitness problems 🤖✨
i have a LOT of goals i’m working toward but only so much gym time 😮💨 ideally i want to hit every muscle group twice a week, but DONT want to spend 2.5+ hours in the gym every day. so i took my 5 day workout split and popped into chat gpt:
original split:
monday - quads + glutes
tuesday - upper body pull
wednesday - full body
thursday - hamstrings + deadlift
friday - upper body push
a LOT going on here 🤫🫠
so i asked it to consolidate my upper and lower body days into a 2 day split that i can hit all the groups in one session, maximizing muscle growth.
and the plan it gave me is great! i can get it all done in a decent amount of time, and hitting the muscle groups multiple times a week!
i also deadlift, so i can put that in the rotation with RDLs. that way i get it all 🤭
✅ not ONLY did chat gpt solve my workout problem, but my food problems too! i was trying to figure out a healthy breakfast to keep me full for a WHILE that was high protein and low cal. check out that yogurt bowl! 250cal 20g protein! and it’s DELISH 😋
🥩 high protein DESTROYED my gut 😖 so i’ve been wanting to incorporate fiber into my diet. but again, low cal high protein and i don’t exactly want to have to drink 3-4 different powder drinks a day. greens powder, fiber, protein, it’s a lot for one girlie 🥲. low and behold, chat gpt made me an AMAZING everything smoothie with everything in it! low cal and high protein, it solves ALL of my problems! (see previous post for recipe and macros 😜)
