Add three tablespoons each of fenugreek seeds, amla powder, henna powder, and bhringraj powder in a mason jar.

Add ¼ of a cup of olive oil to the jar

Add ¼ of a cup of grapeseed oil to the jar

Add ¼ of a cup of almond oil to the jar and shake the mixture properly

Cover the jar and place it in hot water for an hour. Then leave it out in a place with direct sunlight for 1-2 weeks to let it infuse.

After infusion, pour out the oil mixture into a straining cloth and strain out the oil.

Add four tablespoons of Jamaican black castor oil to the mixture.

Add 60 drops of tea tree essential oil (This is approximately 3 ml)

Add 40 drops of lavender essential oil (This approximately 2 ml)

Transfer the mixture to an applicator bottle and shake to combine everything.

Spritz the scalp with some water and then a few drops of the ayurvedic oil all over the scalp. Massage it in for a few minutes.

Store the oil in a cool, dry place and apply it to the scalp twice a week.

... Read moreUsing Ayurvedic oils for hair growth has been a trusted method for centuries due to their natural nourishing properties. Ingredients like fenugreek seeds and amla powder are rich in vitamins and antioxidants that help strengthen hair roots, reduce hair fall, and improve scalp health. Bhringraj powder and henna powder improve blood circulation to the scalp and provide conditioning effects that enhance hair texture. The blend of olive, grapeseed, almond, and Jamaican black castor oils offers essential fatty acids and moisture that penetrate the scalp, encouraging follicle vitality. Tea tree and lavender essential oils not only add a soothing aroma but also have antimicrobial properties that help maintain a clean and healthy scalp environment, reducing buildup and dandruff. Infusing the powders in oils using heat and sunlight boosts extraction of the beneficial compounds, making the oil more potent and effective. Application is key: spritzing the scalp with water before applying the oil helps with absorption, while regular gentle massage improves circulation and promotes hair growth. Storing the oil in a cool, dry place preserves its natural qualities. For best results, consistency is important—applying twice a week allows the scalp to benefit from these natural ingredients without overloading. Users have found this Ayurvedic hair oil recipe to support hair strength, reduce breakage, and promote a thicker, shinier mane, all while avoiding synthetic chemicals. Incorporating this herbal oil into your hair care routine offers a gentle, natural approach supported by traditional knowledge, making it ideal for those seeking organic and chemical-free hair growth solutions.
