Hey everyone! You know how sometimes you just stumble upon an idea that makes your heart happy? Well, that's exactly what happened when I decided to create my own Rainbowcorn keychain! I've always loved quirky accessories that show a bit of personality, and what's more unique than a colorful corn on the cob dangling from your keys or bag? Here’s how I brought my little Rainbowcorn keychain to life: Sketching & Cutting: First, I drew a simple corn-on-the-cob shape onto a piece of yellow felt and cut out two identical pieces. These will form the base of your corn. Adding the Rainbow Kernels: This was the fun part! I took my colorful embroidery floss and started stitching small 'X' shapes or tiny French knots all over one side of the yellow felt corn shape. I alternated colors to get that vibrant rainbow effect. If you prefer beads, you could glue or sew them on. This is where the magic happens and your 'Rainbowcorn keychain' really starts to shine! The Green Husk: Next, I cut out two leaf-like shapes from green felt to represent the corn husk. I stitched these onto the bottom sides of one of the yellow corn pieces, making them slightly overlap. Before closing it up, I gently pushed in a bit of stuffing to give my corn a lovely plump 3D effect. Then, I carefully stitched the opening closed. Attaching the Keychain: Finally, I securely stitched the keychain ring to the top of my finished corn. Make sure it's really strong so your beautiful creation doesn't go missing! The whole process was so rewarding. When I held my finished Rainbowcorn keychain, I literally thought, 'Pov: So cute!' It's such a simple craft, but it brings so much joy.
