Space allocation & event 🏛️

• Task Scale: Accommodates a minimum of 200 or more guests. Our arrangement is about 270 people. It feels that the area is fit, very warm, not too tight and not too open.

• Ceremonial Management: Morning at the Partition Partition to set the Chinese table in the back. At the end of the engagement ceremony, just move the Chinese table out according to the layout. It only takes 30 minutes to change the space. It's very quick and organized.

• Decoration: Use the Co Decoration Team directly with the venue. The team knows the scale of the area, knows the angle of the fire. The event is very accurate.

Advantages:

✅ Convenience: Cold Air, Clean Place, Lots of Parking, Very Easy Travel

Disadvantages:

🥹 The area in front of the event is a little narrow: when the guests start gradually, the room is not open, so the page looks tight and a little crowded.

🥹 have to plan a space reset period: during the Chinese table (30 minutes), it is recommended that the event page be organized, such as Photobooth or have a snack kiosk to support, so that guests can enjoy while waiting.
