HOW I MAKE MY BSSE

☕️Homemade Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with White Chocolate Sauce:

(I make mine with monk fruit to lessen the amount of sugar in the drink, so that’s what this recipe will have)

1. Brew 2 espresso shots

2. Pour into a shaker or mason jar with a tablespoon of monk fruit, 1/2 tablespoon of pure maple syrup, and some cinnamon. Shake vigorously.

3. Pour over ice

4. Add milk of choice. I use unsweetened oat milk.

5. Add homemade white chocolate sauce. (Recipe below)

🤍White Chocolate Sauce:

8 oz white chocolate bar or chips

½ cup heavy cream

⅓ cup evaporated milk

⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk

1. Put ingredients into a microwave safe bowl.

2. Microwave for 30 second intervals until fully melted and incorporated, stirring between each interval.
