NAJMA

Acrylic on canvas

30 x 40 (76.2 x 101.6 cm)

Art is a dialogue—a conversation between past and present, between instinct and discipline, between generations. This piece is that conversation brought to life.

For the first time, my 13 year old daughter Taina Najma and I stood side by side, collaborating in rhythm, shaping color, line, and energy into something fun, messy and all over the place. Just like our Minds.😆😳. The bold patterns—rooted in heritage—intertwine like a dance between our creative minds. She brought spontaneity, fresh vision. I brought structure, and years of refinement.😁

The result? A fusion of youth and experience, tradition and innovation—a story told in color, movement, and emotion. This is more than a painting. It’s a moment, a bond, a legacy. And this? This is just the beginning many more collaborations.

Just like any collaboration, she gets half the profits when it sells. Teaching her financial literacy early.😁

Peace
