Where are my Type C, ADHD, doing-my-best mamas—

Diagnosed with ADHD later in life?

Obsessed with routines but can’t seem to make them last?

Over the chaos but somehow… living smack in the middle of it?

You want to be that super organized, color-coded, always-on-top-of-it mom — but your brain’s juggling 47 open tabs, and at least two are jamming music.

You build a schedule and then forget it exists by week two.

You either reply to texts instantly… or 3-5 business weeks later.

You crave a clean space, but the clutter multiplies when you blink.

You want to gentle parent — but your nervous system is fried before noon.

You’re constantly flipping between “I’m too much” and “I’m not enough.”

And you’re doing all of it while wondering if you’re getting any of it right.

Let me say this loud:

You’re not broken. You’re not a mess. You’re a mom with a neurodivergent brain doing the impossible every day — and showing up anyway.

That’s not failure. That’s strength in motion.

Messy, chaotic, beautiful strength. 💪🏽🤍
