Trying out a new product

1/14 Edited to

... Read moreWhen it comes to skincare, facial wipes are a convenient solution for quick cleansing, especially on busy days or while traveling. I recently tried out a new brand of facial wipes and was curious to see how they performed compared to others I've used before. Firstly, the texture of these wipes stood out—they were soft but durable enough not to tear during use, which made the process gentle on my skin. Some wipes can feel harsh or rough, but these felt soothing, which is important for sensitive areas like around the eyes. The scent was light and refreshing, not overpowering, which I appreciate because strong fragrances can sometimes irritate my skin. After using the wipes, my face felt clean without a sticky residue, indicating that the formula was balanced to cleanse effectively without drying out the skin. One important aspect I noticed was how well the wipes removed makeup and impurities. I tested them after a full day of makeup, and they did a great job lifting off foundation and mascara without needing excessive rubbing. However, I also recommend following up with a water rinse or standard cleanser, especially if you have oily or acne-prone skin, as wipes alone may not fully cleanse pores. Overall, these facial wipes can be a handy addition to anyone’s skincare toolkit, particularly when you need a quick refresh. Just remember to check the ingredients if you have sensitive skin, and don’t rely solely on wipes for your daily cleansing routine.

I have always used the Maui Babe Tanning Lotion, but today I tried out a new tanning product: the Carroten Tanning Gel! I really liked it- I only tanned for about 1.5 hours but I feel like it got me super dark!! It doesn’t have a smell which is nice compared to Maui Babe! #lemon8partner #lemon8

What toxic product you stop using?
Going non-toxic is a big decision and a difficult one. Most non-toxic products are more expensive and not much options available compared to the rest. When I decided to get to the non-toxic side of the fence, I was surprised with how much things I thought it was good, but was actually not.
