📌 This winter wasn’t leaving me incapacitated ! 🥱🛌

✨ Normally the Winter Blues have me feeling so down, uninterested and very inconsistent. I made up so many excuses,

• “It’s too cold to go outside”

• “I don’t feel like anything “

• “It’s been a long day, and I’m too tired”

• “I’ll be consistent when the weather breaks”

Just to lay in bed, be more unproductive, feeling hopeless and worthless, while letting my seasonal blues conquer me !

This year I decided to fight 🤺 back and take control of my life, more importantly to take control of my M I N D! 🧠 and I want the same for you !

Although you see physical change, I also see mental change, emotional change, and behavioral change!

Who knew what a month of consistency would give, but it was absolutely worth the discipline!
