So, a lot of people are controversial when it comes to my idea, BUT I speak from EXPERIENCE. Fasting is a really good way to loose weight, but when you come out of fasting you need to eat protein and fiber so that your body gets nutrients. I fasted for probably 16 hours and that was from sleeping overnight and skipping breakfast. I would eat lunch at around 12:00 or 1:00 and have healthy lunch like bare chicken and salad. A fiber brownie. And drink a lot of water at least 48oz ❤️
