Steak Quesdillas

What you need:

• new york strip steak

•green pepper

• white onion

• tortillas

• butter

• pan

•salt and pepper

• shredded cheese

1. Heat pan to medium heat

2. Chop onions and peppers

3. Add 1 tablespoon butter and let melt. Then add onions and peppers. Seasoning with salt and pepper.

4. Once onions and peppers and cooked. Set aside.

5. Turn pan to medium high heat

6. Season steaks with salt and pepper

7. Cook steaks for 3-4 mins on each side for medium cooked steaks.

8. Let steaks rest for 5 mins and the chop into bit size pieces or strips

9. Lower heat in pan back to medium

10. Add 1 tablespoon of butter. Heat tortilla in pan on one side for about 20-30 seconds

11. Flip tortillas and add cheese, peppers and onions, steak and top with more cheese

12. Close quesadilla and cook for until golden brown and flip. Quesadillas should be golden brown on both sides

13. Serve with sour cream and/or salsa and enjoy!
