I Corinthians 13:13 ❤️

John 3:16
As someone who has personally grown through both faith and language, I find the message of I Corinthians 13:13—'And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love'—to be profoundly transformative. It reminds us that no matter our challenges, love holds the ultimate power in our lives. Participating in CODA (Children of Deaf Adults) communities and embracing ASL (American Sign Language) has added a unique dimension to my spiritual journey. Communicating biblical truths through ASL allows for a more inclusive and heartfelt experience, making scriptures like John 3:16 resonate in fresh, impactful ways. The phrase 'For God so loved the world...' becomes more than words; it becomes a shared encounter of faith across cultures and abilities. Engaging with hashtags like #codapreacher, #faith, and #asl online has connected me with like-minded individuals who are passionate about bridging spirituality with accessibility. This fusion enriches personal faith and encourages others to appreciate the diverse ways in which God's love is expressed. Ultimately, combining scripture study with expressive languages such as ASL fosters deeper empathy and understanding. It reminded me that faith transcends spoken words and is most beautifully shared through love and authentic connection. Whether you're exploring your beliefs or seeking new ways to experience spirituality, embracing the love and hope found in these verses can inspire profound growth and unity.
