Morning commute to one of my favorite places to write. Her majesty. I call her. I hug her and my worries disappear. I pray for healing for my friends and she sends the messages through her roots to the trees nearby to heal them. I lean on her and she melts the weight of the world off my shoulders and seals all cracks in my heart. 💗 I believe God gave us all the medicine we need in the world freely in the plants and animals who heal us in more ways that we could ever imagine because they’re packed with His Love which heals the soul. And I believe Everything else is a result of the health or sickness of our souls. I pray we begin to Protect it with all we got! And do what we can to protect others souls too. 💗

Spending time surrounded by nature, especially among towering trees, has always been a transformative experience for me. The moment I step under their canopy, there’s an immediate sense of calm that washes over me, as if the trees themselves are silently communicating strength and serenity. This natural embrace helps me release the stress and burdens that accumulate in daily life. I’ve come to believe deeply in the holistic healing properties offered by the environment around us. Trees maintain a unique vitality through their roots and branches, connecting not just to the earth, but to the entire ecosystem around them. This network supports everything living nearby, much like how community and connection bolster our own healing journeys. One of the most meaningful aspects of engaging with nature is the feeling of being part of something larger than ourselves. While seated near my outdoor office—often beneath a majestic tree—I reflect on the spirituality embedded within plants and animals. Our ancestors understood this well: that natural elements are infused with healing energy and unconditional love, gifts freely given to nurture body, mind, and soul. Practicing mindfulness in nature also motivates me to protect the environment fiercely. This protection isn’t only for the physical well-being of plants and animals but also a metaphorical safeguarding of our emotional and spiritual health. As we nurture the world, it nurtures us back, maintaining a vital balance. If you’ve never tried incorporating nature into your times of reflection or work, I encourage you to start small. Find a favorite tree to visit regularly or create a quiet outdoor space to write or meditate. Notice how leaning on that supportive presence can lighten your emotional load and inspire hope. Healing is not just a personal journey but a shared one, and by embracing nature’s offerings, we become stewards of both earth and soul.
