53-year-old male patient came to the hospital with a cough, green sputum, pain in the right chest when coughing and fever for 1 week, no toothache, no gums, no congenital diseases, no liquor, no smoking, physical examination, low fever, listening to the right lung, hearing a drop, blood drawing, high blood lymphocytes were found in the right lung, 16,030 lung tomography, saw water in the right lung, made a lung computer, saw several lumps of water perched in the right pleural cavity.

Insert a drainage line through the skin into the right pleura in two places. Get pus, turquoise, smelly, 1,200 cc.
