The first time with the Chef's Table experience at the sunshine breeze house, where every element is created under the concept of "four seasons." Spring, Rainy, Autumn and Winter are each unique in taste and atmosphere. Let us immerse ourselves in every moment.

Spring 🫧 is refreshing as a flower garden at dawn, starting with a firm crab salad and an Italian dressing, served in a lovely potted plant, beautiful and creative, paired with a sweet drink that lifts a flower garden in a glass, with a bird singing along with a fresh piano from Mr. Little, making this spring a joy.

🌧 Rainy Rain Sprinkles Drifting Nostalgia The highlight menu is a warm mushroom cream soup that hides a large piece of scallop inside, served with truffle-scented Lobster Arancini, added fun with a rain drop-like blue pearl, and a blue water spray that lets us create a "simulated rain" on a food dish.

Outside, there was rain on the windows, faint thunder, all-dimensional, smell, sound, and mood. The blue drink served with floating silk clouds filled the rainy season.

🍂 Autumn, the season of sleepwalking warmth, under dim candlelight, serve main menus, Salmon En Croöte Royale or Salmon Wellington, big slices, dine with prune sauce that gives sweet sour taste, atmosphere is full of romance, in a tone of golden sugar as the leaves change color.

❄️ Winter Sweet Cool and Gorgeous Perfect Finish The dessert is mousberry, hidden in the Madagascar Vanilla Snow Ball, alongside Chocolate Hazelnut Spungecake, a clear cup served made of sugar, can be eaten, adds chic and artful sweetness, highlighted on Dry Ice, that creates a romantic cold feeling.

Every dish, every moment, is lulled by a piano from Mr. Tle Piano that fills this special day with a little more than a delicious food experience, but a heart-touching art. 🍷🎹
