☁️🍩 Today, let's visit the up-and-coming doughnut shop from Singapore, "Pralet," which recently opened its first store in Thailand. The minimalist atmosphere is warm. The natural light is shining down. The walk in is a bakery bar with the fragrance of doughnuts.
💡 The specialty is the "square doughnut" that uses a soft sourdough. The meat of the dough says it's awesome.
🍯 Burnt Butter Honey Glaze, this flavor is said to be the best-selling top, very fragrant, slightly salty, from sea salt to the light sweetness of honey.
🌰🍓 Pistachio Raspberry Crunch Fragrant Pistachio Cream It comes across raspberry jam, sweet, refreshing, very well matched.
🐟🔥 "OG" Catfish (Nam Prik) This flavor must try! We really like it. The creatives are very crunchy with crispy fish, dried shrimp, scented with bergamot leaves and chio kombuioli. It's delicious in the Thai way, but it goes well with incredible doughnut dough.
As for the drink, we chose Signature Malt Coffee, Mellow Dark Scented, paired with Donut Is Perfect.
