Today we would like to invite everyone to enjoy a warm and sleepless tea experience at the Chomcha Tea Studio & 5th Craft Room, a small space in the neighborhood. 😍
From a backdoor home cafe to a tea Omakase that arrives in its fifth year with the latest course, SS9: The Equilibrium ⚖️, a concept that invites us to "bring your heart back to simplicity" through your tea and your homemade cuisine that is served perfectly.
🍵 Highlight Menu:
• Aperitif: Taitung Red Oolong Cold brew Cold Chewed Wulong Tea Open Touch Refreshing
• Flowers in Concrete: Wulong Tea, with floral and meloncyrup aromas, with smoked salmon and pear salad, topped with wasabi yuzu dressing, is a refreshing and dimensional pairing.
• Deep Fresh: Zencha, Mix Extracted Tomato Juice and Cucumber Foam Mousse, Soothing Scent and Flavor, Dine with Yusu Sauce Grill Snapper
• Sweet Over Bitter: A jasmine longue tea with notes of ginger and peach, paired with Blueberry Glazed Shrimp Croquette, a bitter hidden sweetness that makes the food taste stand out.
• A Quiet Thee: Pine Scented Burning Chisel and Rosemary, Dine with Grilled Cheese, Soft Roast Pork, is a warm and simple dish.
• Digestif: Ending with Ripe Puerh Tea 2017, paired with sweets, rich chocolate, fragrant mushroom mousse and coriander cream, is the perfect meal finish.
The impression is on the small details of the selection and cooking of the raw materials, including your expertise that has studied tea for more than 9 years, and for anyone who wants to access the science of tea more, there are also tea and matcha classes. ถ้าใครเสิร์ชคำว่า Chomcha แล้วกำลังลังเลว่าจะเหมาะกับเราไหม ขอเล่าประสบการณ์แบบคนไปจริงให้เห็นภาพนะคะ ที่นี่เป็น Tea Studio เล็กๆ โทนอบอุ่น เงียบๆ เหมือนไปพักใจมากกว่ามาคาเฟ่ถ่ายรูปอย่างเดียว ตั้งแต่หน้าร้านที่เป็นประตูไม้กับป้าย Chomcha ไปจนถึงมุมเคาน์เตอร์ชงชาที่เห็นขั้นตอนทุกแก้ว จะรู้สึกได้ถึงความตั้งใจและความพิถีพิถันของการ “ชงชาแบบบาร์” จริงๆ สิ่งที่เราว่าควรรู้ก่อนจอง Chomcha Tea Studio 1) ที่นั่งน้อย: รอบหนึ่งมีทั้งบาร์และโต๊ะรวมกันไม่มาก บรรยากาศเลยเป็นกันเอง เหมาะกับคนที่อยากคุยเรื่องชา/ฟังเรื่องรสชาติแบบใกล้ชิด แต่ถ้าชอบความคึกคักอาจไม่ใช่แนว 2) ควรเผื่อเวลา: Tea Omakase เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ค่อยเป็นค่อยไป ไม่ได้รีบเสิร์ฟเหมือนร้านอาหารทั่วไป แนะนำอย่านัดต่อทันทีหลังรอบ 3) มาแบบเปิดใจเรื่องรส: ชาหลายตัวไม่ใช่แค่ “หอมหวานดื่มง่าย” แต่มีการจับคู่กับอาหารให้รสไปคนละทาง เช่น เซนฉะที่เล่นกับมะเขือเทศ/แตงกวา หรือชาที่มีกลิ่นสนและโรสแมรี่ ทำให้สนุกขึ้นถ้าเรายอมลอง ทิปเล็กๆ ให้สนุกกับ Tea Pairing มากขึ้น - ก่อนเริ่ม ลองสูดกลิ่นชานานขึ้นนิดนึง แล้วจิบคำเล็กๆ จะจับโน้ตได้ชัดกว่า โดยเฉพาะชาอู่หลง/ต้าหงเผา - ตอนจับคู่กับอาหาร ให้ลอง “จิบชา-ตามด้วยอาหาร” แล้วสลับเป็น “อาหาร-ตามด้วยชา” รสจะเปลี่ยนคนละแบบ (อันนี้สนุกมาก) - ถ่ายรูปได้แต่พยายามไม่เร่งตัวเอง เพราะเสน่ห์ของที่นี่คือจังหวะช้าๆ และรายละเอียดในแก้วเล็กๆ ที่เสิร์ฟมา ใครเหมาะกับ Chomcha - คนที่อยากลอง Tea Omakase ครั้งแรกแบบอบอุ่นๆ ไม่ทางการ - คนที่ชอบชา specialty เช่น อู่หลง เซนฉะ ผู่เอ๋อ และอยากรู้ว่าชาไปกับอาหารได้ไกลแค่ไหน - คนที่อยากมาเดท/มาฉลองแบบเงียบๆ เพราะบรรยากาศละมุนและเป็นส่วนตัว สุดท้าย ถ้าเป้าหมายคือ “หาที่ชิมชา” เฉยๆ อาจรู้สึกว่าคอร์สจริงจัง แต่ถ้าอยากได้ประสบการณ์ที่รวมบรรยากาศ การเล่าเรื่องชา และความละเมียดของการแพริ่งอาหาร Chomcha เป็นชื่อที่เราว่าควรไปลองสักครั้งค่ะ (และแนะนำจองล่วงหน้าจริงๆ)
