Today we checked into a new cafe in Ekmai. I can tell you that this shop is chic from the concept to the logo.
The chic of this is that the shopkeeper and friends alternate their collectible coffee mugs to serve to the customers, so we can see beautiful mugs, quaint designs, a lot of different types. It feels like drinking a coffee at a friend's house with a lot of cool collectibles. And I secretly heard that there will be a Collab project with this person to show you a beautiful mug. Excited. Wait.
And notice the shop logo, everyone. It's the shape of the different types of glass ears that are designed in letters. Very thoughtful.
The shop atmosphere part is Dey! Decorated with a warm tone, a little Mid-century feed. There are artwork and cool ornamental vintage movie posters. The light is really pretty in every corner.

ถ้าใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา “POPCUP EKKAMAI” หรืออยากรู้ว่า “POPCUP EKKAMAI menu” มีอะไรน่าลองบ้าง เราขอสรุปประสบการณ์แบบใช้งานได้จริง เผื่อวางแพลนไปคาเฟ่เอกมัยแบบไม่พลาดค่ะ สิ่งที่ทำให้ POPCUP ต่างจากคาเฟ่อื่นคือไอเดีย “แก้วของสะสม” ที่เอามาเสิร์ฟลูกค้าจริงๆ วันไหนไปอาจได้เจอแก้วดีไซน์ไม่ซ้ำกัน รู้สึกเหมือนไปนั่งบ้านเพื่อนสายคอลเลกชัน แถมโลโก้ร้านที่เอาทรง “หูแก้ว” มาทำเป็นตัวอักษรคือเก๋มาก เห็นแล้วจำได้ทันทีว่าเป็น POPCUP เรื่องบรรยากาศ: ร้านเป็นอาคารสีขาวสไตล์โมเดิร์น มีป้ายชื่อร้านสีแดงเด่นมาก ถ่ายรูปหน้าร้านสวยตั้งแต่ก้าวแรก ด้านในจะเป็นโทนไม้ผสมสเตนเลส ฟีล mid-century หน่อยๆ มีงานอาร์ต/โปสเตอร์วินเทจ และมีหน้าต่างบานใหญ่ทำให้แสงธรรมชาติเข้าดีมาก มุมยอดฮิตสำหรับเราเป็นโซนริมหน้าต่างกับมุมเคาน์เตอร์บาร์กาแฟ (เห็นเครื่องชง La Marzocco และแก้วกระดาษโลโก้ POPCUP วางซ้อนกัน เท่มาก) สรุปเมนูที่คนชอบถาม (จากที่เราได้ลอง): - Hot Cappuccino: ฟองนมนุ่ม ละมุน ดื่มง่าย เหมาะกับคนที่อยากได้กาแฟคลาสสิกไม่หวือหวา - Coconut Matcha Cloud: มัทฉะเข้มข้นตัดกับความหอมหวานของมะพร้าว ลงตัวและสดชื่น เหมาะมากถ้าอยากได้เมนูซิกเนเจอร์สายมัทฉะ - Matcha Scone + Fresh Cream + Homemade Strawberry Jam: สโคนหอมมัทฉะ กินกับครีมสดและแยมสตรอว์เบอร์รี่โฮมเมดแล้วบาลานซ์ดี ไม่เลี่ยน - Homemade Greek Yogurt + Strawberry/Blueberry: โยเกิร์ตเนื้อแน่น ท็อปผลไม้สดแบบจัดเต็ม สายเฮลตี้หรืออยากได้ของหวานเบาๆ น่าจะชอบ ทิปส์ก่อนไป: ร้านเปิดเช้า เหมาะไปนั่งทำงาน/อ่านหนังสือช่วง 8–10 โมง คนยังไม่แน่น และแสงสวยมากสำหรับถ่ายรูป ถ้าขับรถไปมีที่จอดในร้านและริมถนนหน้าร้าน ส่วนใครมีน้องหมาน้องแมวก็พาไปได้ เพราะเป็น Pet Friendly ด้วยค่ะ สรุปคือ ถ้าอยากได้คาเฟ่เอกมัยที่กาแฟดี บรรยากาศมีสไตล์ และมีดีเทลสนุกๆ อย่างแก้วของสะสม POPCUP EKKAMAI เป็นอีกร้านที่ควรเซฟไว้เลย
