Maru - Korean Dessert House offers a minimalist Korean concept that combines with modernity. The space of the store is surrounded by large glass, full exposure to nature. The highlight is Skyline view of Bangkok that stretches to the Chao Phraya water curve. The krafft wood furniture adds a warm dimension to the atmosphere.
The signature of this is Artisan Tteok & Fresh Milk Parfaits. Today we order Milk Caramel Sweet Potato Chestnut Parfaits. The machine is very tight. Fresh Milk Soft Serve is silky, topped with welded chestnuts, sweet sauce and rich caramel. Fill the crunchy text with Homemade Granola and Coconut Crispy. Very delicious. This menu is recommended.
Another glass of Peach Orange Tea is refreshing.
Inside the store is the Selected Shop corner, which is cured by a lifestyle of chic items, ceramics, jewelry, and bags from Thai and Korean designers to enjoy, with the playful cuteness of the High-Tteok mascot in various corners.
A very surprising and impressive gimmick is that the shop has a cute drawing for customers. It is a small attention detel that makes coming to the cafe today very funny. 😍

เผื่อใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา “Maru Dessert House เมนูอะไรอร่อย” หรือ “Maru cafe Empire ไปยังไง” เรารวมทริคเล็กๆ จากวันที่ไปจริงมาให้ค่ะ จะได้วางแผนง่ายขึ้นและไม่พลาดมุมไฮไลท์ สิ่งแรกที่ประทับใจคือโลเคชันบนชั้น 55 ของ Empire Tower (EA Gallery) ขึ้นลิฟต์มาแล้วเหมือนหลุดจากความวุ่นวายสาทรทันที เพราะร้านเป็นกระจกบานใหญ่รอบๆ ทำให้แสงสวยมาก โดยเฉพาะช่วงบ่ายแก่ๆ ต่อถึงก่อนพระอาทิตย์ตก วิวสกายไลน์กรุงเทพฯ เห็นยาวไปถึงโค้งน้ำเจ้าพระยาแบบพาโนรามาเลย ใครอยากได้รูป “นั่งริมหน้าต่าง” แนะนำให้เล็งที่นั่งติดกระจก จะเห็นทั้งโลโก้ Maru Bangkok และคาแรคเตอร์ High-Tteok บนกระจกด้วย น่ารักและเป็นซิกเนเจอร์ของร้าน เรื่อง “Maru Dessert House เมนู” ถ้าให้เลือกแบบไม่ผิดหวัง เราว่ากลุ่ม Fresh Milk Parfaits คือควรสั่งจริงๆ เพราะซอฟต์เสิร์ฟนมสดเนื้อเนียน หอมละมุน และให้ท็อปปิ้งแน่นแบบกินแล้วรู้สึกคุ้ม เมนูที่เราลองคือ Milk Caramel Sweet Potato Chestnut Parfaits ได้ความหวานหอมจากซอสมันหวานกับคาราเมล เข้ากับเกาลัดเชื่อมมากๆ แล้วมีโฮมเมดกราโนลา+มะพร้าวกรอบเพิ่มเท็กซ์เจอร์ กินเพลิน ไม่เลี่ยนเกินไป (แนะนำแชร์กัน 2 คนก็ยังฟิน) ถ้าอยากบาลานซ์ความหวาน เครื่องดื่มที่เข้าคู่ดีคือชา Peach Orange Tea กลิ่นผลไม้ชัด สดชื่น ช่วยตัดรสพาร์เฟต์ได้ดี ใครไม่กินนมหวานๆ อาจเริ่มด้วยชาก่อน แล้วค่อยตามด้วยของหวานจะลงตัวค่ะ อีกมุมที่หลายคนถามคือในร้านมี Selected Shop เล็กๆ ที่คิวเรทของน่ารักๆ เช่น งานเซรามิก เครื่องประดับ กระเป๋า เดินดูรอเพื่อนได้แบบไม่เบื่อ และยังมีลูกเล่นวาดรูป/สเก็ตช์น่ารักๆ ให้ลูกค้า (วันที่เราไปได้เป็นรูปคาแรคเตอร์โทนสนุกๆ) เป็นดีเทลที่ทำให้ทริปคาเฟ่คอมพลีทมาก ทริคการไป: ถ้าขับรถไปสามารถจอดในอาคาร Empire Tower แล้วอย่าลืมประทับตราบัตรจอดรถก่อนกลับ ช่วงพีกอาจต้องรอคิวนิดหน่อย ถ้าอยากได้ที่นั่งติดหน้าต่างจริงๆ แนะนำไปช่วงเช้าหรือวันธรรมดาค่ะ
