Hidden gem New Shore neighborhood 🏢☕️ space that turned an old parking lot into a fucking cool city lookout.
Take the elevator to the 8th floor of the Thonburi Plaza to find 'hakkai', a cafe and bar that is quietly hidden, but Vibe is very good. The appeal of this place is to reinterpret the original structure of the parking lot in Industrial Chic style, revealing the charm of the bare plaster ceiling, the steel pipe line, and the raw surface that is perfectly relocated.
The most visually appealing highlight is the open side of the building that acts like a giant frame. Just pick up your favorite drink, sit on a high chair, and get a view of Bangkok's skyscrapers that rise against the panoramic community below.
And the inner corner of the seat is just as cool. There is a roll of wooden wires to make a table with a chair. It is another gimmick that should be captured.
The menu is full of drinks, snacks and food.
Anyone who likes raw space, exposure to natural wind and beautiful light, suggest to try to visit. Will sip a coffee in the daytime view or take a long haul to chill and watch the night lights, sure to have a different experience.

ถ้าใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา “hakkai cafe” แล้วลังเลว่าควรไปไหม ขอเล่าประสบการณ์แบบสั้นๆ แต่ใช้ได้จริงค่ะ จุดเด่นของ Hakkai สำหรับเราคือ “วิวเมือง” ที่ได้ฟีลเหมือนนั่งอยู่ริมหน้าต่างยักษ์ เพราะมีช่องเปิดโล่งด้านข้างเป็นกรอบรูปขนาดใหญ่ เหมาะมากกับการนั่งเก้าอี้สูงริมบาร์ จิบกาแฟเย็นที่มีโลโก้ร้าน แล้วมองรถวิ่งกับตึกไกลๆ แบบเพลินๆ บรรยากาศร้านจะออกแนว Industrial Chic ชัดเจน: เพดานปูนเปลือย ท่อเหล็ก งานโครงสร้างดิบๆ แต่จัดวางให้ดูเท่ มีป้ายไฟ “hakkai” และบางมุมมีป้ายตัวอักษร “八” แขวนจากเพดาน ถ่ายรูปออกมามู้ดดี โดยเฉพาะช่วงแสงเย็นก่อนพระอาทิตย์ตก แสงจะนุ่มและเงาสวย ถ้าอยากได้รูปวิวตึกแบบชัดๆ แนะนำไปช่วง 16:30–18:00 น. แล้วอยู่ต่อจนค่ำจะได้อีกฟีลเป็นแสงไฟเมือง ใครสายถ่ายรูป แนะนำ 3 มุมที่ไม่ควรพลาด 1) มุมบาร์ริมช่องเปิดโล่ง: นั่งหันออกไปทางวิว จะได้ภาพสไตล์ rooftop แต่ยังมีความเป็นคาเฟ่ 2) มุมโต๊ะ “ม้วนสายไฟไม้”: เป็นกิมมิกที่ทำให้รูปดูมีดีเทล ไม่ซ้ำคาเฟ่ทั่วไป 3) มุมถือแก้วหน้าวิว: แค่ยกแก้วกาแฟเย็นขึ้นมาในเฟรมก็รู้เลยว่าอยู่ Hakkai เรื่องการนั่งทำงาน/อ่านหนังสือ: ถ้าชอบลมธรรมชาติและพื้นที่โปร่ง ที่นี่ตอบโจทย์ แต่ถ้าวันไหนคนเยอะ โซนริมวิวอาจเต็มเร็ว เรามักเลือกไปวันธรรมดาจะชิลล์กว่า และพกเสื้อคลุมบางๆ ไปด้วย เผื่อตอนเย็นลมแรง เมนูมีทั้งเครื่องดื่ม ขนม เบเกอรี่ และอาหาร ถ้าตั้งใจไปนั่งยาวๆ ตั้งแต่บ่ายถึงค่ำก็ทำได้สบาย เพราะเปิดถึงเที่ยงคืน (09:00–00:00) เหมาะกับทั้งคาเฟ่ฮอปปิ้งและสายชิลล์หลังเลิกงาน การเดินทาง: ร้านอยู่ชั้น 8 อาคารธนบุรีพลาซ่า (โซนรัชดา–ท่าพระ) มีที่จอดรถในอาคาร ขึ้นลิฟต์ตรงไปชั้น 8 ได้เลย สรุปคือ Hakkai cafe เป็นหนึ่งในคาเฟ่ฝั่งธนที่ “วิวหลักล้านจริง” และสเปซเท่แบบจำได้ทันทีว่าเคยมา
