Who would have thought that we could soak the boat noodles and the papaya noodles along the way! Now, the long-awaited collab between "Papaya Salad, Chicken BLACK 777" and "Black Cat, Boat Noodles" has opened at Sathorn Alley 12.
The design shop itself is raw, cool, loft style, combining vintage with wood furniture, classic striped tiles, characterized by colorful, flashy lighting, black chicken style.
This branch is very large with 3 floors. The Soft Opening will be open on the first and second floors first.
And secretly whispering that there is a Private Room. Whoever is looking for a private party space, we recommend a Private Room on the 2nd floor. There is a Private Balcony. Mood is great.
The food menu is full! Intense Black Cat Boat Noodles. Eat with a spicy papaya salad is exactly the right shot. Combine strongly. Quench the spicy ice-style signature drink from Black Chicken. ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “ส้มตำไก่ BLACK 777 สาทร 12” แล้วลังเลว่าจะไปดีไหม เราว่าร้านนี้เหมาะกับทั้งมื้อเที่ยงแบบชาวออฟฟิศ และมื้อเย็นหลังเลิกงานมาก เพราะเป็นสาขาที่สเปซใหญ่จริง (3 ชั้น) โทนดิบเท่สไตล์ลอฟท์ มีป้าย KAI BLACK 777 X BLACK ME-O เด่นมาก หาไม่ยาก และมุมถ่ายรูปเยอะ โดยเฉพาะแถวบันไดกับไฟนีออนในร้าน บรรยากาศคึกคักแต่ไม่อึดอัด แนวการสั่งของที่นี่คือ “ส้มตำ + ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือ” กินด้วยกันแล้วเข้ากันเกินคาด เราแนะนำให้เริ่มด้วยก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือแมวดำรสเข้มๆ ก่อน แล้วค่อยตัดด้วยส้มตำรสจัด จะได้บาลานซ์ความเผ็ดและความเข้มข้นพอดี ทริคเล็กๆ ที่เราชอบคือสั่งแคบหมู/ของทอดมาเติมในชามก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือ เพิ่มความกรุบ ทำให้มื้อสนุกขึ้นเยอะ สายส้มตำ ถ้าชอบรสนัวๆ เผ็ดนำ ให้แจ้งระดับเผ็ดกับร้านได้เลย (มื้อเที่ยงบางวันคนเยอะ แนะนำบอกชัดๆ จะได้รสตรงใจ) ส่วนใครเป็นทีมไก่ย่าง เราว่าไก่ย่างที่นี่ทำดี หนังหอม เนื้อฉ่ำ กินคู่ส้มตำคือคอมโบที่ควรมีบนโต๊ะ โดยเฉพาะถ้ามากันหลายคน สั่งเป็นเซ็ตแชร์กันจะคุ้มและได้ลองหลายอย่าง เรื่องเครื่องดื่มก็เป็นอีกจุดที่ทำให้ร้านนี้เหมาะกับการแฮงเอาท์ มีทั้งเครื่องดื่มเย็นๆ สายชิล และโซน “เบียร์วุ้น” ที่เห็นแล้วอยากนั่งยาวๆ เลย ถ้ากินเผ็ดจัด เราชอบสั่งเครื่องดื่มแนวสดชื่นๆ มาช่วยตัดรส ทำให้กินต่อได้แบบไม่ทรมาน ปิดท้ายอย่าพลาดตู้ของหวานจาก A Pink Rabbit + Bob เราแอบเสียทรงให้พวกพาย/ชีสพายกับเค้กผลไม้ เพราะหลังส้มตำกับก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือ รสหวานเปรี้ยวจะช่วยรีเฟรชมาก เหมาะทั้งนั่งคุยต่อหรือซื้อกลับ ใครจะไปช่วงเที่ยง แนะนำเผื่อเวลานิดนึง และถ้ามากับทีม อยากนั่งเป็นกลุ่ม แนะนำถามเรื่องห้อง Private ชั้น 2 (มีระเบียงส่วนตัว) ไว้เลย จะได้มุมดีๆ สำหรับนัดกินข้าวหรือมินิปาร์ตี้ในออฟฟิศ ส่วนที่จอดรถสามารถจอดริมถนนตามป้าย หรือใช้ลานจอดเอกชนใกล้ๆ จะสะดวกกว่า
