TCDC Update Songkhla Cool New Space Mid-town Old Songkhla

Take South to update the new creative space, TCDC, Songkhla and CEA South, that has just been officially launched in the old city of Songkhla.

The first impression is that of the cool and charming architecture he designed under the Save the Wall concept by Reno on the original fire station, but still preserves the ancient Songkhla city wall, which symbolizes multiculturalism, and also takes Yeo Island terracotta bricks, local materials, and combines in the decoration into a space that respects the context of the area.

This is intended to be a creative economy driving area under the Refining Southern Spectrum concept that likens the South to multi-colored light. The building is set aside three floors.

1st floor, gallery and auditorium room for exhibition.

2nd Floor Common Ground Open Air Activity Yard for Community

3rd Floor Resource Center, Design Specialized Library and Material ConneXion Songkhla with an online database of over 7,000 materials

We stopped by on June 19, and the atmosphere was very bustling, with exhibitions, Southern Soul, Global Sanctuary, and, unmistakably, Neberyard, a pop-up market that selects over 50 contemporary creative brands to enjoy, with a dialogue stage and music that evokes the beauty of Southern culture.
