Review of White 1-Year-Complete and Claim-Based Khaki Ripple Case
After almost a year of use, the case started to be slightly yellow as used, and there was a lack of charge hole. It was about to run out of insurance, so try contacting CASETiFY for a claim.
At first I thought it would be complicated, but the procedure is really simple. Just go to the CASETiFY website and send evidence, such as a picture of a problem, and let me know where the problem is. Then the team inquired and checked if the case was still insured.
I also had a chance to pass the claim because we bought the date 13/05/68 and filed the claim on 13/05/69 exactly 😅, but after checking it out, the team acted very quickly.
Impressive is that there is no additional cost. 🫶🏻
