What I’ve learned from a week of runs! 🏃‍♀️💪

Over the past two weeks I have been running every other day or so and here and some of the things I have learned!

🏃‍♀️The app runna is so helpful in giving you a running plan to where you really do build endurance and don’t get burnt out!

🏃‍♀️Making a playlist and picking out a cute outfit really gives you more ambition to go on a run.

🏃‍♀️Running with my dog sounded like a fun idea but it actually is really difficult with a hyper active dog and he ends up hurting my shoulder so bad, so I have to take him on his own walk first or run out in the country where he doesn’t need a leash.

🏃‍♀️Running every other day helps me from getting burnt out and it helps me not get shin splints. I use that other day to stretch and go on long walks or even do a strength training workout or Pilates.

🏃‍♀️I experienced my first second wind and it was a really cool feeling. I’ve always loathed running but loved the feeling after and I’ve learned that if you start small anyone can begin to enjoy running!

Ooh I’ll definitely be downloading! I’ve been thinking about starting running again. I’ve had so many injuries since when I used to I’ve just been hesitant to start again haha I think I’ll go for one tomorrow though, I’ve been seeing so many people post about it recently
