Another place to consider to stay while in JB.

Recently I had the opportunity to visit Fraser Place at Puteri Harbour, and I am loving it.

Offering 297 units of contemporary accommodation to suit business travellers, couples or families, guests can look forward to an oasis of style and comfort uplifted with natural pastel colours, rich brown timber tones, and furnished with chic amenities to complement a luxurious lifestyle.

Fraser Place Puteri Harbour is situated in the western region of Johor, as well as the family-friendly theme park LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort, Sanrio Hello Kitty Town, and Thomas Town. The property is also in the vicinity of Puteri Harbour International Ferry Terminal, Pinewood Studios, and EduCity Iskandar Malaysia, home to several faculties from renowned colleges and universities. With easy access to the area’s business and tourist precincts, including a range of dining options, Fraser Place Puteri Harbour is the preferred choice for both leisure and business travellers, whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay.

Fraser Place Puteri Harbour offers fully-furnished apartments with free WiFi access throughout. It also houses a semi-outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a restaurant. Free parking is provided for guests who drive.

The self-catering units come with kitchenware and a washing machine. The seating area is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Shower facilities and free toiletries are available in the en suite bathroom.

A great location for a short getaway!

The apartments are fully furnished in natural pastel shades complemented by rich brown timber accents, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. I found the kitchenware and washing machine really handy for a longer stay, letting me feel right at home. The property’s location is truly strategic. Being near family-friendly attractions like LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort, Sanrio Hello Kitty Town, and Thomas Town makes it perfect for a holiday with kids or a leisurely break. Plus, with easy access to the Puteri Harbour International Ferry Terminal and nearby dining options, everything you need is within reach. I also appreciated the semi-outdoor swimming pool—great for a refreshing dip any time of the day—and the well-equipped gym for keeping up with fitness routines on the go. Dining options on site made meals easy and enjoyable without leaving the premises. For business travelers, the reliable free WiFi and quiet ambiance helped me stay productive, while the free parking meant no hassles when driving in. Fraser Place Puteri Harbour truly blends convenience, comfort, and style, making it my top pick for stays in Johor Bahru.
