¡Me propuse retomar mis mañanas de cardio al aire libre para sentirme con mucha más energía! Aprovechando este sol increíble, hoy empecé mi rutina y para mi bienestar diario yo tomo 2 cápsulas de RUNICA 6X con extracto botánico junto con mi desayuno. ¡Es el hábito perfecto para cuidar mi salud y empezar bien el día! ☀️

Mi plan para la semana 1 se basa en caminatas de 30 minutos para activar el cuerpo de forma gradual y constante.
