Mornings used to feel like a battle I never signed up for.

The alarm would go off, and I’d hit snooze… once, twice, five times. My body felt heavy, like it was glued to the bed, and my mind was already overwhelmed before the day even began. Coffee helped but only for a little while. By mid-morning, I was dragging again, counting down the hours until I could go back home and do it all over.
