Carribean chicken soup is the one thing that can get rid of any cold I make this year round and it’s super easy to make. I’m also gonna be posting the recipe card.🤍🍲🇻🇮

Ingredients:

1 whole young chicken or 1lb boneless

chicken thighs

1 piece fresh pumpkin ( chopped )

1 cup chopped dasheen (optional)

2 large carrots chopped

5 clove garlic

10 allspice beads

6 whole cloves

2 whole corns chopped

1 pack cock soup or pumpkin soup mix

1/2 stick butter

3 cups flour

1 cup water

8 stalks of thyme

3 bay leaves

2 green onion stalks

1 pack sazon

1/2 yellow onion diced

1 chayote diced ( optional )

2 large russet potatoes diced

Season chicken with 2 tsps garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, turmeric, curry

powder, allspice powder, oregano, and goya adobo.
