I’m in my health and wellness era ladies.
I’m not where I want to be yet but my body has already improved so much and I’m only 1 month in. ☝🏽
I’ve never ever been a “fit” girly, I always HATED exercise despite doing multiple sports growing up.
Now as an adult I am taking such an interest in running and shaping my body the way I want to, the natural way. No shade to surgery I just think it’s achievable with my natural body comp 🙂
