This week was all about finding the right balance between running and reading, a rewarding blend for both physical and mental well-being. On Monday, I covered 5 miles focusing on intervals, pushing my personal limits while diving into 'My Phony Brave' by Rebecca Yarros, an engaging romance that captivated me. As I devoured 57 pages, it felt refreshing to escape into a compelling storyline amidst my physical training. On Thursday's run, I tackled more pages, bringing my total to 173 as I explored 'Touch of Chaos' by Scarlett St. Clair, another exciting entry to my reading list. The interplay between the mental focus needed for reading and the physical exertion required for running creates a harmonious routine, ideal for anyone seeking motivation in both areas. I encourage fellow enthusiasts to share their own running distance and reading achievements to inspire others in our community. Let's keep pushing towards our goals together, one mile and one page at a time!
