I Could Drink This Everyday

This drink was amazing . Let me start off by saying . I loveeeeee ANYTHING With Coffee lol but ESPRESSO & CHOCOLATE & SMORES BABY WHATTT??!!!

Absolutely delicious and not too sweet and not too bitter . There is nothing worse than having an iced latte that has TOO MUCH MILK OR THE ESPRESSO BEING TOO WATERED DOWN you can’t even enjoy the drink ….

I was 9 months pregnant and craving this drink after seeing it online along with the food items they also

had … so myself and my 3 Besties (My Aunt & Daughters) hopped in the car and took a ride 1.5 hours away for a damn latte 😂😂😂

Was the drive worth it ? Yes !!! I believe that my pregnancy cravings drove me all the way there but it was really something I would

reccomend y’all going to The Local Market & Kitchen and checking out the rest of the island along with the beach 🏖️👙☀️ We also are there and the food selection made the trip worth it as well 🥰

... Read moreYou know, sometimes a craving hits so hard, you'd drive hours just to satisfy it! Just like my recent adventure for an amazing S'mores Iced Latte, I've also been on a mission to recreate another viral sensation at home: the Italian Rainbow Cookie Iced Latte. I first spotted this beauty on a menu, and its vibrant colors and unique flavor profile immediately caught my eye. It's inspired by those classic Italian rainbow cookies – you know, the ones with layers of almond-flavored cake, apricot jam, and a chocolate coating? Transferring that deliciousness into a drink sounded like pure magic! Crafting this at home turned out to be an incredibly fun and rewarding experience. Forget those watery, bland lattes; this recipe ensures a perfectly balanced, sweet, and visually stunning drink that tastes just like the real deal. Here’s what I discovered makes the perfect Italian Rainbow Cookie Iced Latte, so you can whip it up in your own kitchen: My Go-To Italian Rainbow Cookie Iced Latte Recipe What you'll need: 2 shots (about 2 oz) of freshly brewed espresso (or strong coffee) 1 cup of your favorite milk (dairy or non-dairy, oat milk works wonders for creaminess!) 1-2 tablespoons almond syrup (adjust to your sweetness preference) A tiny splash of grenadine (just a few drops for that signature pink/red hue and a hint of cherry) Chocolate syrup for drizzling Ice cubes Whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles (optional, but highly recommended for the full effect!) How I make it: Prep your glass: I like to drizzle a bit of chocolate syrup around the inside of my serving glass first. It not only looks fantastic but adds to that chocolatey cookie flavor. Ice it up: Fill your glass generously with ice cubes. Mix the milk: In a separate pitcher or glass, combine your milk with the almond syrup. Now, here's the trick for the color: add just a few drops of grenadine. You want a lovely pink swirl, not a super red drink. Stir gently. Combine: Pour the flavored milk mixture over the ice in your serving glass. The espresso pour: Slowly pour your freshly brewed espresso over the top of the milk. Watching the espresso cascade through the pink milk is so satisfying and creates beautiful layers! Finishing touches: Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream, another drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a sprinkle of those colorful rainbow sprinkles. Voila! My Tips for Latte Perfection: Quality makes a difference: Use good quality espresso beans. It truly elevates the flavor. Sweetness control: If you prefer less sweet, start with less almond syrup and add more to taste. Layering hacks: For distinct layers, make sure your espresso isn't too hot, and pour it gently over the back of a spoon onto the milk. Get creative: Sometimes I add a tiny bit of raspberry syrup along with the grenadine for an extra fruity kick, or a drop of green food coloring to a small portion of milk for a truer tri-color effect, though the pink is usually enough to evoke the cookie. This homemade Italian Rainbow Cookie Iced Latte has become my new favorite treat. It’s perfect for when I’m craving something special but don’t want to hop in the car for a long drive. It captures the essence of those beloved cookies in a refreshing, coffee-filled drink. Give it a try, and let me know how much you love it!
