That's a favorite memory picture of me for my own memories because I go on health kicks about a hundred times per year and this far none of them have lasted long, but that picture is from the best exercise stretch I have ever had. I continue to go on "health kicks" and still want to conquer having more consistency - the fun, hopeful part is that I could still easily get into the best shape of my life at 52 by simply having more consistency than I've had before, and all I'd have to do is be consistent for more than 2 1/2 months to outdo myself. I won't count myself as being the most fit I've ever been without having some consistency in fitness and diet for 3 months straight. (mostly inconsistency has been my problem although multiple injuries in various years had interfered also)
