I wish I wasn’t allergic to this hotel in CDMX 🥲
Onto is such a beautiful property, it looks exactly like it does in the photos and the quality of the materials used in the room and furniture is definitely felt.
Although they’re more like serviced apartments in a way, the staff are amazing and the amenities are perfect for long stays.
Sadly, something seemed to be triggering my allergies here - specifically the living area ☹️ as well as other parts of Roma Norte. We’ve been suspecting it’s one of their plants ☹️
What I liked:
🤎 Spacious, beautiful interiors, a ton of natural light
🤎 Great sound insulation
🤎 Great location!!! and a new building
🤎 Amazing views from the roof garden, and free laundry
🤎 Courteous staff
Some cons (just little things):
💘 East facing room gets considerably hot after sunrise, with no A/C we kept the door closed to that room. We happened to be there at an unusually warm day in CDMX
💘 Not a lot of ventilation but windows are nicely placed and let in a cool breeze, the only downside is opening the windows lets in a lot of noise from the streets if that bothers you
💘 Shower pressure could have been better
💘 Pricier than other places, $354 for two nights for 2 people.
If you have the budget for it, it’s the PERFECT place :)
