W E I G H T L I F T I N G • Girls Guide
HI ALL! I'm Hannah and i've been weightlifting for a little over 3 years now and i meet so many gorgeous gorgeous girls who are ready to start their own journeys. And as once a beginner myself here a few things I want to share for any aspiring weightlifters or gym girlies 🩷
-
📝STARTING OUT 📝
-No amount of videos, tiktok, pinterest or lemon8 post will make you feel fully prepared enough to start lifting
-JUST GET IN THE GYM. generally treadmills are placed in pretty central areas in gyms. if so, start off there and it's okay to just observe and watch everyone else to get an idea of how to use things and where everything is
-It may feel like you're being watched but when you watch people long enough you start to realize no one is worried about you!! Everyone is there to work on themselves just like you are no matter the stage
📌TIPS/TRICKS📌
- Create your own plan! Have fun with it and switch it up a little.
-You have to keep going and stay consistent. you will not see change in a day or in a week but believe that it is happening.
💪🏽MOTIVATION💪🏽
-it's okay to look cute/comfortable or both. Wear what you WANT. feel good, perform good. Show as much or as little skin as you feel you need to. I started off working out in JACKETS zipped up the whole time. It's okay.
-change the content around you. You are a product of your environment you want to be more motivated to actually go to the gym. Start to romanticize it make it fun and part of your daily life. It's okay to make it your "personality" for a while until you really start to feel the regimen form.
This is just a few of the many things i have to say about this topic! Please feel free to reach out to me if you would like to speak and talk on a more personal level❤️ IG: hannahnaysa

Starting a weightlifting journey can be intimidating, especially for women. It's essential to focus on building your confidence and formulating a plan that's tailored to your preferences. Before hitting the weights, get familiar with gym equipment and observe how others are exercising. Remember, everyone was a beginner once. Embrace the process: results take time, consistency is key, and creating a comfortable workout environment can enhance your experience. Wear outfits that make you feel good, as this can positively impact your performance. You might consider joining a community or following fitness influencers who resonate with your goals and opinions. Engaging with like-minded individuals on platforms like Instagram can provide valuable support and encouragement along your path to becoming a weightlifting pro. Formulate your unique brand that represents your journey in fitness, and remember that each effort counts towards your growth.
