This book teaches this exact principle and here’s what I learned so far.
⚜️People stay in chronic stress by reliving the past and that turns of the sympathetic nervous system, the fight or flight system
⚜️Disease is created when we don’t turn off stress, more often the gene of disease is turned on when you cannot go past your environment and negative state of sympathetic nervous system
⚜️ creating a new future requires mental rehearsal. By becoming the embodiment of new thoughts through meditation and visions of a new future
⚜️ thoughts have electrical charges, and living in the past you are anticipating an experience of the known.. the past
⚜️ the only way to change our lives is by changing our energy. Mental rehearsal by thought alone can be done to bring change. With past actions and not thinking greater than you current identity or priming the brain for a experience of the unknown ahead of time, you won’t be able to manifest a dream reality

🔆how to manifest a dream body without reliving the past. I wanna improve my self love for my body, but also wanna improve my health and physic to be better. Remember there is nothing wrong with wanting a Channel Bag upgrade to better and finer leather. So, to improve your life there are a few step you can take to become better. 🔆

1️⃣ if you start off with 5 minutes everyday loving what you already have, you can grow loving cells of gratitude in your body (you can do this by looking in the mirror)
This release of real dopamine will lead to more exercise later and better mental health. Working out is a mind game. To stop reopening past conditioning of how you feel and to open doors to a better body, it takes practice. It starts by loving the known to appreciate the unknown future.
➡️ So how do you love your body to be able to work out? Look at everything you have with a sweet heart and a sweet mental voice. For only 5 minutes a day to start saying how much you love your glutes or curves or fat. It won’t feel right to say something that is “untrue” to you, but if you wanna move forward in life.. gratitude brings sweetness to the fire and storm of negativity you have daily. After a few days, you will see how calm your heart becomes when you spend time to spread love instead of constantly complaining. After a while you can increase the time you look in the mirror and you will see sweet positivity magically come into your life. You will start to move past pervious thinking of reopening pages of the mental inability of loosing weight, to finding love for how far you have come in the weight loss journey
➡️ My personal example: Thank you lord for my current curves and stomach (current). Thank you Waheguru for making my stomach nonexistent (future)🫶🏼 thank you lord for making my face features so pretty.. like big lips, slim nose, jaw line (future) cheek bones (current), slim face (future) and big eyes (current)
What I do is I mix both the love for what I have now with the love of the future, making gratitude more powerful!

2️⃣ turn off disease of opening past pages of your life for good and breathe in life.
Imagine you working out and loving walking/running/gym for 5 minutes as a mental exercise, after gratitude. You should be increasing the gratitude time and implement 5 minutes of mental rehearsal after 2 weeks. This 5 minute of mental rehearsal of exercise should increase in time too. The more you relax into the feeling of love for the gym the better you will preform later. Soon you will manifest discipline for gym because it becomes familiar to workout. Manifesting is not just attracting material object. You can manifest concepts like confidence, peace, and kindness to self. In fact, manifesting is more about the mental gain than the physical. That is why mental rehearsal is so impactful!
After you workout in your mind for a while, you will manifest ideas and opportunities to workout in the gym physically. Personally, I wouldn’t be able to move off the couch. So what did I do if I’m not feeling the energy to even get up? I put in the mental work of rehearsal, that is the least you can do. From mental rehearsal, you move to love for physical workout like the gym. This happens because you built love in your heart for your current body like step 1 and build momentum for the process with mental preparation/rehearsal!

3️⃣ Get 1% better every day
Start going to the gym for 10 minutes. In fact, walking into the gym and doing 1 exercise and 5 min walk for 3 day is a win. It’s about building momentum. When you build any new habit, you’re bound to make mistake and fall off the bike trying to stabilize and learning how to ride a smooth ride is challenging. Everyday small wins is the game. The journey of positive progress will make you win more than jumping high and falling low. When we only look at the end result and don’t appreciate the one pound lost and focus on the big belly (like I’m growing better not to do, as a personal example) we are reliving the past. Then to grow to love the unknown possibilities of how beautiful you can be, small win help you build character and change the identity of “I can’t” to” I can!” Living in graditute now for the best part of your body and loving the process of a better future body is the game. You discover that small win makes you disciplined and successful!
🆗 the only person who can help you is you. You are in control of your own happiness and only YOU are responsible for your own life. You are the only one who will put in the work, stop making it other people job.

4️⃣ Abundance is everywhere in everything
There is enough good out in the universe, you can have it all. The body, the money, the happiness, the perfect health, the friends, the perfect life partner
➡️ You deserve to not relive the past and have everything you want, but you get what you believe. Life is hard, it will be. You can get everything in your life easily, life will flow. Abundance is everywhere when you work with the Lord.
But here the catch, You must be in manifest field. 95% of people are in victim field (negativity) and not in creative conscience… so how do you attract is my all without living in your past?
🔜 Become so positive that you will be the 2.0 version of yourself soon. So soon, that you can feel it coming asap/now. Living as if you are the Lords favorite. Living as if angel will guide you. Living as if you can put in all the work for the destination and loving the process of growth!
