I am therefore I am

Build something that will last forever 🫶🏼

I won’t be here on earth forever, but I can make a difference to the world around me and make earth a better place than how I found it. What can last forever is the heart that you build in other people to make them a better person. What can last forever is the love you give. What can last forever is making room to help the needy, because that kind of selfless service bleeds into all areas of your life. Build something that’s gonna last forever and that is you. Build you, work on you, love you, be who you wanna be on this earth. When you leave and die, you live forever. So why aren’t you building you?

Praise yourself 👑

you are worthy enough to say positive things to yourself. Even before you feel the actual love that comes with praising yourself, becoming diligent and wanting to build your self-esteem through positivity, is a first step. Be proud of the small moments where you succeed. When you do, even a baby step towards bettering yourself, be your best friend. Be a voice to yourself praising the little things that you do. Because if you only focus on the big things, you’ll miss out on so many opportunities in life to be happy. I’m not saying don’t strive a big goals, I’m saying don’t make that you’re only goal. You can grow and become a new person every day when you praise yourself. Love the way you dress. I love the way you act. love the way you help. There is so much to be thankful for when it comes to loving yourself. When you bring positive light to load things that you do every day, big manistation follows.

What your not changing your choosing 😟

if you don’t wanna change anything, don’t be upset when your life doesn’t change

momentum without dopamine 💯

when you keep going and going and going and see no results, but you still keep going; The reward in the end is like winning a championship ring. Building momentum in beginning is very hard because it’s very small snowball. Going down the mountain of peace, it takes a lot of momentum to get the snowball to be a big beautiful destination in life. If you build every day to make a positive change in your life without seeing the result of a big snowball. Every day you build that snowball up With positive talk in less dopamine hits; eventually people are gonna ask how you did it and all this is that you did hard work.

It’s just a chapter, not a whole story ⛈️

depression is something that will not last forever. Don’t believe the doctors if they told you that because depression is not something that needs to stay with you. it’s a choice you need to make. You can choose to grow and work hard on yourself every single day even if it’s just one percent progress or believe that happiness isn’t possible. Because that progress of trying to get better everyday a little, that’s the real win. When you look inside of your heart and you find something to love, that’s the real life. Of course you can get out of depression and get materialism, but does materialism ever end depression? It doesn’t… it honestly build a bigger hole in your heart, so what should we chase if it’s not money? Chase yourself.

World revolves around me: 😊🎉

I am important enough to be respected. I can have everything I need in life. This is because I am important and if you don’t feel that way, here is something that will help you realize your ability to see your worth. What is your story? Is it that you gave all your love away and never received it back? Is it that you tried hard and you never made it? Or is it that everything was taken from you and no one came to save you? Give that love to yourself. Keep trying and never give up. No one is coming to save you. You can give love to everyone, but when it comes to giving love to yourself, you’re not important. If you can give love to others, you’re more than capable of giving that love to yourself. Because you are a universe in a whole. You are your own galaxy in your own space. It’s time to see that the universe is inside of you as much as it is outside of you. Going within and seeing that you’re worth something, that’s a beginning to a new life after all these years of trials. Getting one percent better every day, You build a life rather than surviving in it.

Peace over drama 🫀

why do you run after drama? Is your life not special so you have to run to other people and their problems? Why do you allow people to win over you? If you’re surrounded by people who would just hurt hurt and hurt, it’s time to bring life to person who matters more than the person who is damaging other people, you.

Distance over disrespect ⚜️

if they keep hurting you and you allow him to come into your life, the same way as if nothing happened, they will never give you the respect that you deserve. They’re gonna throw a fit and they’re gonna make you the villain, but trust me choosing yourself they will always make you the villain. The best thing you can do besides, letting these people back into your life is too distance from them. No matter what you do in life, if you’re being disrespected all the time and it’s still your fault according to them, be the villain and just leave.

Love ❤️,

Rose Kaur 🌹

... Read more“I'm exactly who I think I am” – sounds simple, right? But truly living that statement, embodying the person you know yourself to be deep down, is a journey. I’ve realized it's not about being perfect, but about consistently choosing to build yourself up, day by day. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the power of self-praise. We often wait for external validation, but what if we started with ourselves, first? Just like the article says, "Praise Yourself as you would like others to praise you; do it for yourself first." It sounds a bit cheesy at first, but honestly, celebrating those tiny victories – finishing a tough task, choosing a healthy meal, or even just getting out of bed on a tough morning – shifts your mindset. For so long, I focused only on the big goals, missing out on the joy of progress. Now, I make it a point to acknowledge every small step, reinforcing to myself that I am capable, I am worthy. And speaking of choice, that phrase, "What you're not changing you are choosing," really hit home for me. It’s a tough truth, but it’s empowering. If I'm not happy with something in my life, I have the power to change it. No one else is coming to save me, as the original article wisely points out. This realization was a huge step in taking ownership of "who I think I am." It means actively shaping my environment and my internal world to match my ideal self, rather than passively accepting what comes. Building momentum has been another game-changer. There were so many times I started something new, didn't see immediate results, and wanted to give up. The article's idea of "I am built from momentum, nobody can see" truly resonates. It’s about the consistent, unseen effort. Imagine that tiny snowball rolling down a hill; it starts small, but with persistence, it grows into something magnificent. I've learned to trust the process, even when the "dopamine hits" aren't there yet. That quiet persistence, that commitment to showing up for myself, is how I've built the strength and resilience I see in myself today. The path hasn’t been easy. "WHEN I LOOK BACK ON MY LIFE, I SEE PAIN, MISTAKES AND HEARTACHE." I certainly have my share of those. But, like the OCR snippet continues, "WHEN I LOOK IN THE MIRROR, I SEE STRENGTH, LEARNED LESSONS, AND PRIDE IN MYSELF." This transformation comes from understanding that challenges are just "a chapter, not a whole story." It’s easy to let dark moments define us, but choosing to see them as temporary, as lessons, allows us to move forward. If you're going through a tough time, remember it won't last forever. Focus on that one percent progress each day; it truly compounds. Finally, protecting my peace and setting boundaries has been instrumental in solidifying "who I think I am." Embracing "Peace over drama" and "distance of disrespect" wasn't always easy. For years, I allowed people to disrespect me, thinking it was kinder to keep them close. But I learned that preserving my self-worth means stepping back from negativity. Being the "villain" in someone else's story because I chose my well-being is a badge of honor now. This practice reinforces that "The world revolves around me" – not in a selfish way, but in acknowledging my inherent worth and the importance of my own emotional well-being. It's about remembering that I am important enough to be respected, and that I deserve to live a life aligned with the best version of myself. By actively doing these things, I’m not just thinking I am a certain way; I'm being that way.
