Healing the inner cry

The Lord cares about you. 🙌🏽

Outside relationships can hold you down for so long⚜️ Family and friends will never love you the way the Lord will. People care about you in limits, but we seek unconditional love, only found in rarity. 🙏🏼

Of course we have families and we have friends at some point of our lives to help us feel elevated by ourselves. How long do you remember someone in our heart? When you come and go on earth for so long, do you remember every last person that you had a relationship with? Do you remember anything at all. It’s OK to love and give care, but thinking that they are the end of this world and without them you’re nothing, that’s where you need to start telling yourself the truth 🌛In the end, the Lord is the only one that cares for you the way you are (and rare loved ones we find if we give life time with patience). You can have 1 million friendships. You can have all the feelings of the world. But without the love of the Lord, one won’t ever find completion in worldly things. Relationships are worldly. People that care for everyone else they don’t even care for themselves. You need to be strong. For who? For yourself. 😤

You will find love in relationships, but Love is a connection linked with God. 🔺 Become in lined person with god ⚖️

They don’t care about you. Who’s they? I mean the people who didn’t birth anything in you to help you grow into the Women or Man you are today. They don’t add value to you, smile and see the value in yourself. Be strong for yourself. It’s not anyone’s job to grow you, and you can grow yourself into a monster of victimhood and a leader of peace. ☮️ you build yourself through prayer. 🙏🏼 “Lord, please take control of my life. You are the greatest manifestation giver. I would love to know what it feels like to be loved by you, because then you will help grow the seed of self-unconditional love I have been longing for.” 🙏🏼🤗

If they don’t care, the people that never knew who you were on your journey of you knowing yourself🌞, take 1 minute every few hours apart to ask, “Who do I define myself to be being in lined with my purpose?”

My example: I know I am depressed often and dealing with drama in all areas of my life. But I told myself, “if I really care about myself, I will pray 2 times a day and ask the greatest manifestor for my manifestation.” If you don’t ask for anything on Christmas Day, it can upset your parents that you are not happy enough to ask. It is your birthright to ask. So it’s simple, Ask—Believe—Receive. I manifest through belief that if I pray Chaupai Sahib (powerful Sikh Text), then I know my manifestation will come. -> back to they don’t care about you (superficial relationships) 90% of people only care about themselves. So knowing that, I am focused on the Lord and Myself. 🫣

Example of Purpose 😶:

Live defined by your purpose.

If you have a seed, water that purpose daily.

~ I love my mother Indian clothing boutique 👗, sometime I feel a rush of wanting to uplift her business that has been stagnant for a while.

~ I love singing 🎵 and Dancing 💃

~ I love writing on Lemon8

These thing come and go in my consciousness of what I would like to do, but I am stuck because of my mental health. But it isn’t over till I win. I live my purpose for a few minutes everyday and that’s enough, as long as I have progression in the seed of these things.

Nobody can give you your passion for things in life. You may be numb or overwhelmed with joy of many passion. Or you may be stuck in the middle with both. Whatever the case may be, nobody can hold your finger forever… unless you find the Lord. Make the Lord your first passion, and all problem will melt like snow ❄️ in a sunny 🌞 day!

Next Chapter: Self Love 🪞

“I’m nothing without them”

“I cannot feel worthy unless I have a relationship”

Honey, they can’t love you - like you can for yourself!

🍯🐝

You should start off any journey with pray/Ardaas. You can make mountains move when you show the Lord you’re ready to grow who you are with them. “Lord, (I say) Waheguru, please guide me to the journey of self love. Show me who I am capable of becoming through you. Take out the attachment to people who won’t care about me when I leave this earth. Help me attach to you and attach to people who share your light. A light that so deep in them for you and I.” Some never cared, so make it a challenge to care all by yourself for yourself. Applaud yourself. Hype yourself up. Reward yourself. There is no competition nowadays, it’s becoming so easy to win, you just have to get out of your own way, your own mind.

What is self love in this world where love is so fake? 🤐

There is one love language of self love.. ❤️

It looks like smiling in the mirror. It about changing everything you conditioned yourself to see you as, and loving every part of you. It looks like giving a helping hand to your inner child. It about praying for growth. It looks like wearing YOUR favorite dress and not worrying about what they have to think of you.

Confidence.

Build a record of how much you give love to yourself as a little activity to start seeing how much you maybe aren’t just bashing yourself for everyday. We remember the negative 1% more than the positive 99%. And that’s towards others or yourself. If you do it to others, most likely you’re negative to yourself. If you start to care about yourself by write down the past self love you had, and note every good positive point in your life, you build proof for your subconscious to change your mind for focusing on more positive throughout the day. It’s so freaking simple, but nobody likes the one exercise that completely transforms your life.

Love ❤️

... Read moreIn my own journey of healing the inner cry, I have found that the sense of loneliness can be overwhelming when we expect too much from others who may not truly understand or care for us as deeply as we need. The phrase from the article, "They don't care about you," really resonated with me because it reminded me that most people live in their own worlds, focusing on their own struggles and rarely offer the unconditional love we often seek. What helped me was shifting my focus inward and upward—toward a relationship with the Divine. Praying daily, much like the author’s practice of praying Chaupai Sahib, became a cornerstone in nurturing my self-love and patience. These prayers are not just rituals; they anchor me in faith and help manifest peace and resilience within. Another valuable practice I incorporated was the consistent cultivation of purpose. Even on difficult days when depression clouded my mind, I committed to small acts of progress toward my goals—be it writing, singing, or supporting my family’s business. This act of watering the seed of purpose daily reminds me that growth is not always visible at first, but persistence pays off. On the emotional side, an exercise that profoundly changed my mindset was keeping a "self-love record." Each day, I write down at least one thing I did well or a positive quality I recognized in myself. This simple habit retrains my subconscious to focus on positivity rather than harsh self-judgment. It’s a healing balm for the inner critic that often fuels depression and doubt. Most importantly, I learned to replace the need for others’ validation with self-acceptance. Smiling in the mirror, forgiving my inner child, and wearing what makes me feel confident—even if it goes against others’ opinions—became acts of empowerment. These practices strengthened my relationship with myself and the Lord, creating a foundation of unconditional love that no one can take away. If you’re struggling with the idea that your worth depends on others, consider starting your own journey of healing through faith and self-love. It won’t happen overnight, but like snow melting on a sunny day, the cold heaviness of pain can gradually disappear as you connect with your true purpose and the Divine’s unwavering love.
